Yes the G7 is better than the Ion. But it does cost a lot more. I think I've seen them for about $1500 or so.

I think the ion doesnt have enough credit. its simply amazing.

yeah the price is 1,345... which... didnt it go down? i think it did? i would rather just get an 05 speed cheaper.

From what I see here on pb.com the Ion gets way too much credit. Every kid on here is creaming their jeans about them. They may be great for a $300 marker made of plastic, but everyone acts like it's a top of the line $1500 dollar paint sprayer. I'd take an Angel over an Ion any day.

Goes to show how much you know rofl, The Ion is NOT made of plastic if you ever used one you can tell pretty easy dude..
But yes the G7 is quite alot better!

I just moved up from an 04 autococker to a "tricked-out" ion, and I don't understand why sombody would pay $1,000 more for speed they can't use (tell me sombody who can get to 37 bps). I'm just fine only haveing 17bps. I can't aford to shoot that much. Besides, I would rather use an ion and not be afraid to scratch the uber expensive paintjob.

Lol...there's a vid on the net of a Karni that dry-fired at a 54 rps cycling rate. That's pretty fast. But I'm not to sure that a person could shoot that fast. I don't know. Anyway, I think the G7 would own an Ion, but for the price, the Ion sure packs a hell of a punch.

If you have the money and are looking to drop about 2 grand ona pb gun then go ahead. other wise go for something a little cheaper and upgrade it how much u want to make a gun just for you. d@%^ straight i shoot an ion and id rather have that unless someone gave me a g7.lol, cause the ion hella durable and reliable. but ive never owned an angel, ive owned ppl that play w/ angels but otherwise i know very little about angels other than they shoot insanely fast( faster that most ppl can pull the trigger) theyre expensive, and there BEAUTIFUL!!!

Thats exactly what I was thinking... I have shot the stock "Amazing ion" Its not that great, I adjusted the roller trigger for my cousin, still not great. Sure it is A O.K. gun for the price but the quality and features/functions of the gun do not even come close to comparing the high-end electro market.

The Ion is not made of plastic, they simply have plastic (composite) outer shells, underneath is a metal shell, and all metal internals. The shells are just for cosmetic purposes. Any way it doesn't matter if it's made out of gold, the g7 will whoop it's ars any day :huh:
