Well you have to give it a little while before someone will reply. There isn't someone sitting here 24/7 ;)

I have a TL+, which is what the Shutter was built off (all they did was throw a reg on it and call it a Shutter). But I don't get teased, and could care less if I did. To many people it is the ugliest thing around, but to me it is a great marker and I've squeezed every last ounce of efficiency out of it.

Don't worry about what other people think about your gear, let your game speak for itself. Just accept their ridicule with a smile and a "Yeah, you're right. I do need to get a better gun." Then hit the field and show them why you don't ;)

Yea I've got a Shutter with the Storm trigger and All American barrel. I use it as a backup now. But people don't bother me about it. I play mostly at a walk on field and a lot of people are using rental Tippmanns and stuff like that. The Shutter has been more reliable than any other gun I've owned.

Only by the foolish. A fully tricked Spyder can more than keep up in rate of fire with ANY marker out there.

The saying of "If you buy a Volkswagon, no matter what you do to it it will never be a Ferrari." doesn't apply much anymore. Instead of thinking like that, those of us with Spyders and the will to upgrade think of them of old classic muscle cars :D With a little care and dedication, they are just as effective as anything else out there.

I dont git teased when I play with a Spyder. I always manage to shoot a lot of people which I guess shuts the other players up.

true......... the older , actually any spyder can be tricked out very easliy and for a fairly reasonably price. Now it depends on what you are going for (woods, or speed ball) that determines what you should get. I have a shutter(love it) which is pritty sweet and I have a 16'' night stick barrel which is nasty for a distance. I play alot of woods so i am basically set for now otherhan a new bolt which would decrease the amount of chopped balls

does anyone know a good bolt for a shutter or any spyder that is fairly cheep?
