I would get a VLAttitubes harness. They're only 20-25 bucks, come with four 140 count pods, and is really comfy.

Hmmm... I picked up a brand new 3A 4+3 for $9.99 on ebay. I was just watching their packs go and at the last minute I bid on it. No one else had bid and there was no reserve LOL It's a very nice pack. Then I picked up a few Fat Boys for pretty cheap off there too.

My favorite harness would be the Ronin Gear Elite Stock Class Harness. :D It's only $20. Then, for another $20, you can pick up 100 ten round tubes. Then you're all set.

I have a $15 Java 4+1 harness. and then I spent about $8 on pods so a total of $23.

I have a Dye C5 harness it was expensive but was also a gift from a friend for free...I believe the best Harness for around $40 is a Empire Action Pack 3+4, Its Empire you cant go wrong with that!!!
