thats called a signature. we call it sig for short. if you go to the top of the screen you will see a link called my controls. go to that and you will see different options left side. one option is to change your sig. you can put whatever you want there as long as it obides by all of the forum rules.

Just upload it from your PC or the net. Go to your avatar settings. You should be able to get it from there.
