need help on my new e2 frame

hi i need help with my e2 frame i just got on my autococker i had professionally installed and the guy put it in psp mode which is ramping i looked in the manuel and it said to go one the main menu and go to the mode menu but my e2 frame doesnt have the mode menu so how can i switch the modes? I need help becase i am enterning a tourny and ramping isnt legal in it

Hit the power buttton, it should then go to menu.

Do the above then open the grip and press the red button inside then scroll through the menu until you find mode the select from there.
