I just recently heard about low pressure and high pressure tanks, what is the difference between these two and which one would be better to get for a WGP 05 prostock?

Get a high pressure output tank.

The difference between them is the output pressure. On almost any marker out there you will want to run a high pressure output for various reasons.

ok to add to his question is 800 psi outout high or low pressure and what is best with an ion high or low

800psi is a high pressure output. The Ion is a low pressure marker but can still benefit from a high pressure tank. You won't have to worry about shoot down this way (rapid shooting that makes the regulator work to catch up with the pressure demand).
