co2 or hpa

now i know hpa would be better for a cocker but will co2 still work good? will it do any damage to my gun?

You should probablky only use anti-siphoned CO2

HPA is recommended though

It will work. You may pop a 3way hose off and you want to ensure you don't get liquid CO2 into the LPR. Unless you are running an ebladed cocker then you won't have any real problems.
