would a proto keep up with a dm4?

ive always seen dye as a lil over priced so im wondering if its worth it

it wont only keep up but will go faster. its way lighter and can shoot more accurater than it. i have 1 and i prefer it ove a dm5 and a dm4 any day. the only reason for its less $$ is that its not a dye gun. its dye's little brother company.

im going to sound like a complete idiot, but i got to hold one and the owner said the trigger was as short as possible, but it was really long.
how short can you get the trigger?
is it really hard/snappy or nice and smooth (no magnetic assistance)
also besides a new feedneck, what are some good ups?

The Proto is a way betta gun and DYe is way overpriced. Proto is a a Dye company.
