I need help. Would the tippman 98 custom pro with r/t be a good gun. I would also have a halo Tsa lcd hopper on it too. any other suggestions would be great. Thanks

It would be a perfectly fine marker for woods.

Indeed. And an E-Grip wouldn't hurt ;)

I have the standard Custom Pro camo and love it!!!! For woodsball make sure you get the camo one.

camo is ok, but if you are gonna do camo on your gun, don't get it from the factory that way their camo kinda sucks

camo only works if you don't move. Camo looks cooler but isn't worth it imho

Sorryy, but it does help because it doesn't reflect unlike the shiny black. The Tippmann Custom Pro camo is Mossy Oak camo and it is nice I have it.

I use a flatline 98C with a stock...minor bolt upgrades and a .22 scope for sniper...my nightime/indoor marker is another 98C with R/T, stock barrel, taclight and a red dot.
Mostly it depends on your application and position you play the most. Our support guy has an A-5 w/ RT (The cyclone+RT is probably one of the best combination's I've seen). When I snipe, I use the flatline, when not, the R/T 98C is decent enough for flanking (support lays down fire to keep their heads down, pointman engages from the front, flankers sneak around the sides for side-kills of multiple people).
Don't drop 500$ on a marker and setup until you know what position you play...if you tend to hang back and pick your shots selectively, flatline 98C works well. If you lay down paint like you'll never run out, the A-5 w/ cyclone and RT is the best, as the 98C RT needs an electronic hopper and it adds weight and volume.
Personally, I would take a response trigger over an e-grip any day, as the e-grip relies on batteries instead of air for it's power (simpler=better in my book, but just personal choice).
