i am dissasembling my autococker right now and i cant seem to get the 3 way hoses off... im not pulling too hard because i dont wanna damge them.. is there a certain way to ge tthem off? the reason im trying to get them off is cuz i wanna take off the LPR and ram.

Big question. Why are you taking it apart? The noob part of your name makes this idea scream "BAD MOVE".
To answer your question, they are pulled off. You can remove/replace them a few times with no problem. Do it to much, and, you will stretch them out and need to replace them.

Heat the hoses up with a blowdryer and then pull them off.

That works well with the dryer, as long as you don't heat them up too much.
You can also get a pair of hose pliers that are designed to close in a circular fashion with a very thin head. They slide in between the end of the hose and whatever it is attached to. Though they are expensive and don't work as reliably as heating the hoses, but at least you can use them on the field ;)
