If you want advice for your team if you are entering a tourny then ask it here. For any man teams, meaning 3 man teams e.t.c.
If this could be Pinned it would be great.

I haven't entered one yet, but we're doing one in abotu a month. I've heard to have more players than u need, for subbing and helping at the pit (filling pods, wiping off paint).

Yea, having extra players can't hurt. Get good rest the night before a tourney too.

how do u enter a tourny?
monday before the tourny, clean all gear, new batteries, the works. Then shoot it, if its working put it all away and wait till the tourny.

Young answered that one.
Or are you asking how much they cost?

Sure! I'd like to know the entry fee cost. But someone best answer Paintball-dude003's question, first.
entry fees really vary a lot depending on how big the tourny is, the prizes, the expirence levels, all that kind of stuff.

Do you pay the fee as a team, or as an individual?

ya before the tournament, play there as much as possible against better teams. find the teams that are willing beat you guys down time after time after time. at the end of each round ask them what you are doing wrong. listen to what they say and use that advice in the next game.
if you are lucky to be able to play teams better than yours, you guys should excel in your learning curve faster than if you just played teams that are at your skill level.
my team is fortunate enough to practice against the naughty dogs once a month and we do get our butts kicked. but we learn so much and it helps us greatly for our next tournament. every once in a while we will beat them. eventually, these beatings that we take from them will get less and less and sooner or later our skills will match theirs. it could take months, it could take years. but the key thing is we always get better.

that is up to your team to decide. we usually divide it up per individual and we do community paint for practices and tournaments.
