what is good hpa size

ok i am planning on getting an hpa tank what size is good if i use this as my only air source. i am planning on getting an ion (i dont need ur ion related comments). i dont have an unlimited buget. please tell what company makes the best tank of what ever size u suggest (if known) ok and will i need a regulator for hpa

if you get the ion you dont need to buy anything but the tank and attached regulater that will come with the tank. Good companys are Mac Dev (the best if you ask me), Crossfire, nitroduck, centerflag. To name a few. a good solid size is 68/4500.
