im getting my freak in 2 days and i was wondering about sumething...if im shooting let's say .689 paint, should i have the .689 insert or 1-2 inserts bigger?

i think that the .689 will be big enough. u dont want it too big or else it wont be good. B) pce

.689 or one step larger should work. Just put a ball in the breach, and blow into the barrel. If the ball comes out smooth, then its a good fit. If the ball just rolls out of the barrel without blowing then the bore size it too big for the ball. If you blow and the darn thing just gets stuck in there, it's too small. You want it to just come out nice and easy when you blow in there.
