i am going to the field this weekend and its been since last season since i have gone. so i want to know any advice and tips you guys have even though i have played maybe times before maybe you got soem new ones

I haven't played in at least 7 months. Just try to remember how you played last. The first time your just gonna be shaking the rust off, don't be to hard on yourself.
