i helped when it was put up last time. i use that stance when i can, it really helps me goin hard all day.

I thought it was pretty good. I think maybe a few more pictures of some of the stances he was talking about maybe would have helped clarify some of it though.


(and I didn't agree with one part of the stance, but who's the pro here?? lol)
