Reobund and Reactive

What are the rules abouts Rebound and Reactive triggers usually in tounreys? I m thiknig about putting together a team with soem friends soon, and i want to be using a marker with those if i can.

The CFOA allows ramping on the third or fourth shot up to 15bps. I'm sure most other tourneys are like this or similar.

Neither rebound or reactive are allowed in NPPL or PSP.
