Lee kinney took this cocker in trade for a custom marker he calls a tyrant about 2 and a half years ago. The Tyrant is pure brass hotness and I wanted one really bad. Sadly he has not delivered in a more than reasonable amount of time. He is apparently having some financial problems or something which I feel for him but it's looking more and more everyday that he is not going to do the work or return my auto cocker. He has not answered my email in a year and a half. He has reluctantly responded on the guild that my stuff is and has been out for plating for a year and a half. I think I have been ripped off. So at the moment it looks like....
LEE KINNEY IS A BAD TRADER
In hundreds of trades and purchases in many paintball forums and on ebay,
this is the only person that has not delivered on a deal with me.
Lee, I would like to work this out with you. Please email me or PM me on any of the forums we have talked in the past.

Out of courtesy I'm allowing this post as this user contacted me prior to posting to ask permission.
I know that Punishers Custom is a name known to many in the paintball world and I really hate to see anyone jacked on a trade like this.
If you know Lee or have had contact with Punishers in the past, please give them a call and see if you might be able to help this matter get resolved.

Thanks Doorman! I appriciate the hospitality!
Nothing new happening for me on this except.... he is not planning to be out of business. He seems to be revamping his website in his ample spare time-
http://209.61.249.132/punishers-customs/gallery1.html
He still wont answer my email or my posts on his forum-

Others are starting to complain as well-

Speaking of advice. If anyone has any ideas of what I should do further I'd love to hear them.
Thanks!

didnt lee say he was giving up or something?
that he just didnt have the fight anymore to do anything... all the weekends, time away from family, missed weddings, etc.... that he wanted to actually do those things now rather than deal with people in the paintball world?
ive read A LOT of complaints recently about this....

In the last 24hrs I have been in contact with Lee and it looks like it may be a misunderstanding and that the marker should be on it's way home to me. Looking forward to being wrong it being stolen. If I do receive my marker I will lay off and go fix all these posts. I appreciate the attention to my problem guys. It's posts in forums like this one that get real notice.
Here is a recent statement he made at the guild and the PHOG-

I put together a rough timeline and links for those interested in this drama.
Once upon a time, Lee Kinney was a full time airsmith. It's all that he did until recently. He took on a lot of work. When I say a lot, I mean a whole lot.
About three years ago, he started a new line of pump marker called a crowd buster. (http://punishers-customs.com/gallery/crowdbuster/) He was going to make a run of 10 plus the prototype I think. He took deposits and started making the markers.
Meanwhile he already had a backlog of other custom work. He tended to run a year behind anyway under the best of times. About this time is when he was selling off some of his personal markers in the BST section of my home forum. I was selling my cocker (http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=702142)to have him build me a custom marker so he offered to just take it in trade. I had no idea of the work he already had on the bench. I was thinking 6 months to a year. He didn't want to give a deadline but said a year wasn't unreasonable for the project and his backlog. Time passed and every few months I'd pester for an update and he would tell me pretty much he had the basic parts list together and things were progressing. At a year (http://spyderea.net/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=17123&whichpage=1)I pinned him down and he told me he'd have something to show me in a couple of months. That's when he stopped answering emails.
I then started posting in his forum asking for updates. At a year and a half, he told me my work was out for plating (http://www.network54.com/Forum/9013/message/1170177694/Out+for+plating..). That was the last communication until we reached the 2 year mark. At that point I buttonholed him on the t\guild and asked him for an update. He told me my work was still out for plating. (http://www.network54.com/Forum/9013/message/1173629307/Wanted-+An+Airsmith+that+meets+the+following+criteria-)
Under pressure from the Crowd buster customers (http://www.network54.com/Forum/9013/message/1143413647/OT-+Punisher%2C+please+provide+your+customers+a+statu s+of+the+CB+build..).and the other customers, Lee made a couple of posts explaining his workload and delays on the PHOG (http://www.bunkerboyz.com/phog/showthread.php?t=4102)and the t/guild.
Now we are into the last six months. He has not been answering anybody's emails. The only time he ever responded to irate customers was when they called him out on certain forums. He started the project of building a race car (a neon) and completely went through the engine and drive train during that time and posted on a neon forum about his progress. (http://forums.neons.org/viewtopic.php?t=201666&highlight=) He also took the time to prototype his version of a MQ valve and posted about his efforts on another forum (http://tinkersguild.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=622). Meanwhile a lot of people are getting more and more irate watching Punisher "seemingly" do quite well while being at the three year plus mark on their projects with no end in sight. At this point (around 2 years and 4 months for me) I started to turn up the pressure about getting my cocker back and calling it even. He posted on the PHOG saying he had to take a full time job in order to meet his obligations. He claims he has turned out 75 guns this year so far but I can't find a single person anywhere in any forum showing off their new shiny so I am not so sure this is accurate. Recently I hit the 2 and a half year mark and I have ratcheted up the feedback threads and talked about my problem to whoever would listen while sending Punisher an email about every two weeks.
At this point Imfamous Smilely (http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=2056137) started a thread that set Lee off on a forum cleaning beinge. Somewhere in the process, he lost the forum he says (http://punishers-customs.com/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=General;action=display;num=11737354 41). He made the statement on the PHOG blasting smiley for asking.
A few days ago, he just started replying to my emails and told me he would ship the cocker back after I was looking at a griefer on t/guild (http://www.network54.com/Forum/9013/message/1180300645/Legal+advice-). I ponied up with shipping because he is understandably short on funds. He is going to ship my cocker to me and I am going to go to all these threads and lobby the mods to delete them from existence.
Now all this will cease to exist as a record from me when I receive my cocker. The man has to make a living and as long as I get my marker back, I will be a man of my word and let bygones be. I have no hard feelings to Lee. I like him. He has a great sense of humor and is a talented airsmith (http://punishers-customs.com/gallery.html). None of this complaining was personal. I just wanted my marker and was willing to do whatever it took to get it.
Hopefully, THE END is near.

oh well. It was worth a try. I am now going to file a complaint on the payment I sent to paypal which will get my $35 refunded or lock up his paypal until it does.
