i just got my goose today and it came with 2 extra springs one silver and one black what r they for and should i think about changing them out.

Probably extra parts. If your gun is brand new, you don't need to worry about them. Check in your manual. ;)

Since there two extra that means you have a soft sping, medium, and hard spring. They are most likely different lengths. The one installed in your gun right now (out of the box) will be either the medium stiffness or hard stiffness spring. I dont know those colors (common colors are red, green,and blue) so i can't tell you which one is which but like the others said, check your manual and it should tell you which spring is which. But for right now leave the one that came intstalled in. When you go and play/chrono for the first time you'll have a better idea of which stiffness to install depending on your FPS range.
