Expansion chamber

Alright I know that an expansion chamber allows the liquid co2 to convert into gas all the way but my friend said because its summer I shouldnt get one and to wait until fall or winter. Should I follow this advice or buy one now? Also he said X-chambers dont work that good enless its cold, true?

They work all the time. If you're using CO2 and want to get one, go ahead and get one. It'll be fine.

they are really a waste of money imo. Buy a regulator instead, like a torpedo reg.
