i was just wondering if the black/red dust, black/cobalt dust, black/blue dust look like they do in person as they do online. im likin the red and black and i just dont want to spend $1400 to not be happy with the looks

because the only field around here doesnt carry equipment like that because paintball isnt popular around here. and im spendin that much on a marker because i want to get big expenses out of the way because when i return from basic im gonna get all my equipment and start playin asap. i know you think its a dumb idea and i have no right to post but trust me im doin the best i can right now.

i just think that, unless you are going to get into tourny's full time... or are at a point where you truly feel that your marker is what is holding your game back... there is no need to go spend that much on a marker...

you would benefit just as much from a dm4 as you would a dm7... or even an older timmy... and it would cost ALOT less...

its your money, so i cant say... NO DONT SPEND IT ON THAT OR YOUR RETARDED.... you may have your reasons... but i hate seeing people go out and spend a ton of cash on a marker, and they are disappointed... when something like an ion will feel exactly the same to them as a dm.... ya know?

i can fully understand that but what i want to do is get as much "top of the line" gear when i can so i dont need to worry about spendin an *** load of cash later. its the same deal i had months ago when i first got my pilot, i wanted to get either a halo b or and egg2 so i had no worries when i switched markers. but for your tourny comment, im headed to college in the fall/spring and if they dont have a team i would like to get one going. and i will practice nonstop because i love paintball that much even though i barely play now, which will change, so when i do get to a point where i can either join or start a team i will be good enough to do so. i have a reason for the things i do and if they are a bad choice then i guess its my fault and will build from that.

if you showed up at my field, with a dm7, and full tourny gear.... and sucked... you would probably get laughed off the field...

go for a dm5 maybe even a dm6... or go for a pm6 with UL.... you wont notice a difference...

ok thanks. and im a big believer in the saying "the gun doesnt win the game its the player" so im not that stupid lol. im sure if i showed up at your field id get laughed at no matter what because i suck right now but as ive said that will change

if you look around, and do some research... you can find some awesome deals on pm6's and dm5's... upped... for under $400

noely i think im gonna take your advice and go for a dm5. only i want it new because i dont trust people who have had it before me. i didnt like it before but i like the olive dust color now. av has one but i dunno if im gonna get it from there. its about $830

but if your gonna spend $830 on a dm5... id go with maldon for a good deal on an evil minion... (private label pm6)
