broken phantom??

my friend just bought a phantom and whenever he cocks it and points the barrel at the floor the ball rolls out. whats wrong with his phantom? is it broken?

The ball is smaller than the barrel. It can be fixed with detent rings.

Or buy larger bore paint.

I'm not sure if they are standard with new purchases or not. It has been awhile since I had any dealings along those lines. Good question.

OK, we need a recent Phantom buyer to help us out on this one. I checked a few sites and couldn't find any info on that.

They are only $6 plus shipping if not. Most places will cut you a deal on accessories when ordering markers.

i just talked to a friend yesturday and his phantom didn't come with detent rings. but that $6 is the best investment that you can do for your phantom

thats regular. it will happen to any pump. just go with dyedude and buy bigger paint.

another thing that you can do, a little on the old school side. anyways get some of your mom's clear nail polish and put a very small drop or a film of it at theback of the barrel.
