View Full Version : Best Barrel for my Spyder Xtra

I am looking for a decent barrel for my spyder xtra...right now i have a CMI 14" made by J & R hobbies...i was wondering if anyone had any objections to this perticular barrel or could suggest a different one? im looking anywehre from 20 - 45 dollars?

the Smart PArts Teardrop or their Progressive both are equal in everything but looks allthough the teardrop looks like it would be easier to shoot throgh barrel breaks

Yep, either one of those will do you good, choose on which you think looks better, because that's all that's different about them. As far as shooting through breaks, niether barrel is very good at it. Accuracy goes way down until you run a sqeegee through it, and sometimes until you clean out the bores.

Like above, I would also say go with the Teardrop, it is a very nice smooth looking barrel, and performs well for the price.

I like my CMI barrel, my shots are way consistant. I've had it like 3 months now and i think ive broke maybe 3 rounds in the barrel, and i jsut shoot through it, it cleans up fast
