The Teardrop is probably the best. The Dye Xcel is alright, but I think it's ugly.

I can't say that I've seen the Nightstick. The 32* Whisper barrels are good, so probaly the Nightstick might be alright as well. I just don't like the look.

The Teardrop. Well, actully I like the look of the Progressive, which has the same performance of the Teardrop, but is different cosmetically. ;)

lapco has been around forever and i have yet to find a barrel that excedes the quality of a lapco barrel.

i have a custom98 and if the lapco is so accurate why isnt everyone getting it instead of the teardrop. any specific reasons why the teardrop is more popular other than its cheap?

I have the 14 Inch Whisper on my gun and its accurate and quiet... go with 32 degrees or save up and get a Dye Boomstick..

i have a boomstick i think they are drastically overrated. before i got a boomstick i had a 32 whisper and my whisper could outshoot my boomstick anyday. thats sad for a barrel that cost me 120 bucks. where as the whisper cost me 35

All barrels come from great companys so the bores SHOULD be nice, straight, and smoothe.

All barrels SHOULD perform equally provided with correct paint to barrel match.

The Teardrop is not the best up there in my opinion. It comes in 3rd on my list. Get the Whisper or the Empire Twister.

Smarty All American is right, the Empire Twister is awesome for the price.
