imo the proto matrix would rock a shocker, even a ton ton. protos are kinda like mini DM5's, shockers, are kin of gas hogs, and i find that protos have much better tweeking capabilities.

i like the trix... but i do like the fact of a light marker and it is very nice looking... so i would have to say shocker, although i believe the Trix is better.

They both throw ropes, so what does it matter? The Shocker throws plenty of paint in a smaller, lighter package, so I'm going to go with the Shocker.

once you get up to high end guns, its really more personal preferance. the shocker, imo, looks better, and can has more potential. although its still bouncebeam eyes in the shocker, sp vision is very reliable. shockers can be highly upgraded. new boards, barrel, trigger, frame, reg, neck, bolt, bolt guide, asa, lpr, everything. there are for protos as well, but not as many readily available
and if you wanna look at it a different way,how many pro/nxl teams shoot shockers? dynasty, detroit strange, miami effect, phili americans, ton tons, xtreme, many others. how many shoot protos? not many.if at all
