There is super thick fill stuff, and some staining paint that is not allowed in some tournaments...

there are oil-based paint still used by the forestry industry

Some paint is also nastier then others and borders perm staining/non water soluable if you leave it...

Ultra Evil comes to mind... its like toothpaste in a ball, if you leave it on for any length of time, its going to be there for a week or so on skin alone...

the last few boxes of Hellfire Ives seen have been almost as bad as Ultra... but I think Ultra still takes the cake as the nastyest paint that will deffently stay on...I think the corners of my fingers are still yellow from 2 weeks ago...barely
