How do i get a icon?

My Controls - upper right hand side of the screen

Personal Profile - Left hand side of the screen
Edit Profile info
Edit Signature - click this to create a message/image under all your posts
Edit Avatar Settings - click this to link to a pic for you avatar (icon?)
Change Personal Photo

To show a pic, you need to find it somewhere on the web or upload it to a pic hosting site like photobucket and link from there.

Find the pic. Right click on it. Click propreties. It will tell you its web address (url). Copy it and paste it in the space for the avatar or sig pic.
