One Bad Bike

this is my friends zx10r, this bike is stupid fast. i have ridden on the back of it and it scared the ###### out of me lol.
the speedo was toped out at 189 and the bike was still going strong lol, we timed it at 0-189 in 11.8 secs.

Assuming this is a pre 2006. Top speed on that bike is 186 so it was not still pulling at 189 like you claimed, unless he has done some mods like sprockets and other ######. But even if he changed the sprockets out the bike WILL not do 0-189 in 11.8 seconds. How did you time it anyway, stop watches with you on the back. Pics or shens.

yeah if you watch it it hits 189 and is still going so thers no bovine scattology there.
we used a video editer and timed it that way.
no not 170 its 189 thats where the speedo stops.
it just has on it what it says in the video a few bot on's, and he's had alot more work done to it since then

my bad it was 0-180 in 11.8. then the next run was 189+ sorry i got mixed up lol.

for one your "homeboy" dont know how to shift... two the street leagal version of that bike has a governer that wont allow it to go any faster than 186 like danman said... three my bike would blow the windsheild off that rice burning POS... it sure didnt have any problem smoking a LAMBO (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKtlgLdX2RI) or a Yamaha Fazer FZ6 S (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWD90ymTEO8) so im sure it would eat that kawi up like some rice krispies

EDIT: just noticed how much he let off the gas when the front tire started to come up... first sign of a noob rider... also... guys on the back of other guys bikes FTL

fnu has proof, he rides a beautifullll ducatti and has pics but im not sure if he has a video.

btw his bike is a 2005 ducati 749r....and is by no means slow!!

o ya and the bike I saw is and is very easy to see the speedometer reach 189 so it's true he reached it.

not me not my bike. it's a really good friend of mine's bike. and if your going that fast you dont stop lol.
the guy that has the bike posted that video on or car club forum, cause it has all the same mods he has, and it ran a 9.3. i didnt find that he did. and the videos that FNU posted arnt of him, unless he's from a differnt country and speaks a difernt laguage. plus that wasnt a real lambo unless the guy really cant drive cause it did like a 13 wich is terriable.

I've been looking at 600 ninjas lately too. There is one a couple hours away from here a Red '01 that is going for 3.8k I might hop on that if its for sale by the time I get the money.

hahaha nope no r1 here... i have a 2005 duc 749 w/ an aftermarket clutch, sprocket, can, tires & pretty much everything else you can get for it... its ALOT faster than the ones in the vids i posted

you should be able to track one down for a bit cheaper than 7k if ya dont mind it being a year or 2 old

dude your bike is nice but not as fast as a zx10r, and thats a really good friend of mines bike not some video i just found. untill you post YOUR dyno results you cant say much, so go get it dynoed this weekend and post a video so you can prove your faster.
