ok new problem. with my virtue chip my dm4, with the eyes off no air "clicking the solonoid sound" it will go nucking futs... but when i have the eyes on and the guns light changes blue "the ball detected color why wont it shoot just as it does with the eyes off? the paintball never leaves the eyes so id think that means it should go just as fast. what am i doing wrong or what do i have to change to make it shoot faster with the eyes on?

Wait, you put a paintball in the chamber so the eyes to detect it to test the eyes (just as you would with a squeegie right?).

I didnt really get your explanation..

My Virtue board shoots much faster w/ Eyes off..

yes like sticking a battle squeegy i there or a paintball to test the eyes just to make sure they detect... and no that wrong it should be faster with the eyes on because i have my max rate of fire on unlimited and when they are off its (mrof) wont go over 25 bps. which means it should max out my hopper with my eyes on... and that should be preettyyy fast considering im using a halo b. with v35 board... the darn thing will only shoot 10 bps. with the eyes on and its still chopping paint with the eye sensitivity wayyy above what the default setting is just because i really hate chopping paint. "its just as slow with the eye sensitivity at 1." how do i make it shoot faster with the eyes on?

they are "brand new"...

actually the entire gun is brand new. everything is straight from dyes warehouse.

wait, your not using air? your board is going into an eye malfunction mode with no air (usually around 12 cps). why it does this? your board senses not only the ball, but it also senses the bolt moving. so your board says WTF if it dosen't see the paintball move and says "i will slow down so i don't break paint". get some air, and a fast hopper.

ya i just recently saw that in the chips manual about the eye malfunction mode. stupid tiny tipe... problem solved tho. put fresh batteries into the marker and hopper both NO EVER BUY A BONE 9 VOLT FOR YOUR HALO B.!!! and it worked beautifually after that. i also read a low battery in the dm4 will cause the eyes to work insaficiently and drastically slow down your fireing rate.

? i can do 18 on semi at fastest. 24 with eyes off WITH RAMPING. my dads in florida on a buisness trip and he has the video camera with him. i have a regular camera ill take a pic for you of my dm4 with my name on it and my halo, peanut tank, etc. if you still arent convinced by this i think you should turn your computer off and go find yourself a new life.

the dm5 i sold my ul frame to. notice its my reg and my on/off but only 1 screw is on the frame because the ul has its own rail but my dm4 doesnt and i didn't feel like takeing the rail off of it. his macro line tho "he wanted his gun to match the macro line"
