Planet eclipse's answer to the timmy, equipped with an E-blade grip frame and trigger puts this marker in a league of its own. I had the chance to use one last weekend at practice. My Timmy's poppet broke and i was stuck, the field owner (John Heater owner of TPS PAINTBALL) let me use one. The marker was completely stock, no trigger adjustments or board settings, stock barrel, bolt, and reg.

To put is bluntly it was amazing. i was shooting ropes from corner to corner with ease. Very fast with accuracy to match. with the sleek body design and low profile i couldnt get over how light this gun was. This marker should most definitely not be over looked when selecting your new paint slinger. A must have for snipers and mowers alike. Well Thats all I have for now I wish I had more time to use the EGO, it is a great gun that I would recomend to any one looking to step up to the next level marker.

What's the max bps on this gun?
And, what Upgrades do you think the gun should have?
And your saying it shoots darts out of the box with stock barrel?

the max bps is uncapped basically on semi-auto, and with the new boards ramping is adjustable, so its no longer capped at just 15 bps.

upgrades.... nothing really needs to be done to it. I might get a tadao board depending on how cool it is, but people say its going to blow anything out of the water so i might get that. the stock trigger is nice, again, i might get an aftermarket trigger, not sure. It depends what comes out. But really all the needs to be done on the gun is throw a hopper on, air, turn the air on and turn the gun on and go out and tear people apart. Honest, that is what i did, you dont have to play with the settings, although once you shoot the gun some you might, you dont have to buy anything or anything like that, just go out and shoot people.

and at about 100 feet, maybe further, i was getting all on top of ball 5-6 times in a row. that is amazing! and that was with practice paint! the stock barrel is great, its a big bore however, so if you shoot some small paint you might want to get a small bore barrel, what i did was im keeping the stock barrel and using it as my big bore barrel, then i got a dye ultralight .688 for some smaller bore paint.

Well with this new board, are you saying that Ramping will be uncapd too???

honestly i dont know where the ramping is capped on the new board. but it obviously has to be capped somewhere. ill try to figure it out.

the tadao and musashi usualy have a uncaped ramping mode so if they make one for the ego i dont see why it wouldt have one.

the ego is having a tadao come out for it, its suppose to be simply amazing! its gonna be microswitch also. Im stoked for it, other then the led.
