View Full Version : ion co2 or n2
i'm thinking of buying an ion and i don't know weather to use co2 or n2, i heard you can buy an anti siphon filter for co2 so it doesn't ruin your gun, and i much rather go with co2 because its cheaper, but i still cant decide what to go with

If you don't have the money get an anti-siphon Co2 but if you have like 30 more dollars get this http://www.actionvillage.com/is-bin/INTERS...B4AAAD3t2elA_2t (http://www.actionvillage.com/is-bin/INTERSHOP.enfinity/eCS/Store/en/-/USD/DisplayProductInformation-Start;sid=kSDdA-_tmVzdRK2Ql7Qdq-VLrxOCC0BC4FU=?ProductID=vNGsFAY7YB4AAAD3t2elA_2t) . It's a very cheap nitro system that works very well.

i am glad that i use nitro. and its really not that much more expensive than co2. depends where you play.
but nitro appears to be much cleaner and overall better prpellant to use

Definitely Nitro!! Cleaner, more reliable, doesn't fluctuate like Co2. Nitro also keeps the same pressure going which means the paintballs will be more accurate than they would if you were to use Co2. I reccomend Nitro over Co2 any day.

thanks for the link, but with 47ci i can only get around 470 shots, and at my field they dont fill nitro so i would have to drive a couple every time a ran out

N2 would definetely be better but you can use co2. Although if you have access to N2, use it. co2 fluctuates with fast shooting turning into unconsistant shots. And co2 sucks in the winter where n2 has basically no problems at all.

definetly n2, because if you use co2 and get liquide in the gun itl fry the board, not good. get a n2 tank off of ebay. much better prices there.
