Omens any good?

I think i've pretty much decided on getting an Omen next. Would anyone recommend some good parts to get for it so I know what to look out for.

an n2 tank empireb loader and the 1.5 upgrades they are awsome (if youre not good with guns then i recomend your local paintball shop putting the upgrades in for you) the upgrades should run you about 150$ extra depending on were you get it and remember READ THE MANUEL most of the people who say the omen sucks and it breaks to easly are people who didnt read the manuel i read it until i almost memerized it

make sure you get the 1.5 stuff BEFORE your electronic force-feeder. The original cam arm cant handle force feed

haha ayt. Would anyone here say these are better than ICD BKO's? Those have caught my eye too.

Never shot a BKO, but the omen RIPPPSSSS.
i was hitting 20+bps no problem with the 1.5 stuff

Make sure its lubed and clean though.

And a nicce hopper wouldnt hurt

But its a great Speedball/tourney gun, and it aint bad in woods either

Lot better than BKO. bosspaintballproducts.com sells the omen with the 1.5 ups already.

with the upgrades yes i agree it can keep up with high end guns but stock no (if some one doesnt have them than get them asap its worth the extra 150$ 20 BPS with ease) awsome gun its just not as recognized as it should be.


has a good stock barrel but i think it would be better with a longer one :)

wut is the diff now between the 2.0's and the reg omens hear d the 2.0's are so much better why?

The 2.0's are better because they come with all of the upgrades you will need already installed. 1.5 board, 1.5 cam arms, better valve, bigger trigger frame, no-rise, Evil Driver,and an ASA w/ gauge. Every thing you will want to get comes with it, except a trigger.

i think the omen 2.0 is a alright gun if u get the adjustments right when i first used it i was really pissed off because i was at a local tourney and it broke on me but its cool because im sponsored by pmi, extreme rage , evil , rps , ext so i got the evil for almost nothing they are really picky though on the return policy wich sux but if u want a good tourney marker that not many people have and there are pretty much no upgrades for it wich is the only downfall i can think of but whatever u do dont get the ION they are terrible

omens do need high matenence but they are worth it to me you cant treat them like you would a spyder or one of those cheap markers you really should treat them like you would a cocker
