i need a video compressor/converter that i can use to make a file smaller without manualy messing with the settings, where i can pick desired file size and hit convert. i have one now, but its a pain in the ######.

Quicktime pro?

i installed quicktime pro, it just comes up with a white screen. it says it supports AVI... but still does nothing. i have installed about a million codecs too... all i wanna do it make some 200mb AVI files 100mb... how hard is that?! and i tried to use digital media converter and that didnt work, they just ended up around 350mb...
