ION Grip

i was wonderin if the ION grip is a 45 grip so i know which kind of new grip to buy. not that its of most importance, just a preferance. Also, would a new feedneck and trigger be worth it? i heard the feednecks are a pain and the triggers break. Thx

yes, the ion is a .45 grip frame but I have not heard of any problems with the feed-neck or the electro-magnetic trigger breaking, I say keep it simple, keep it stock.

the ion feedneck sucks no hopper can fit it really

Yeah. The feednecks suck. My buddy has his Egg duct taped on because it keep falling out. Ions definately need a clamping feedneck.

get the shocktech feed neck works like a charm....and yes get a new trigger.."not because it breaks" but i personally think the stock trigger sucks and i find it very difficult to walk

yeah the shocktech feednecks are pretty sick, and the trigger is like impossible to walk.i can hit like 3-4 bps on it LOL. id suggest the new designs wave, or the cp roller trigger.

yeah same here about the trigger jimmy i hated the stock one lol i got a new one though it makes it so much better lol

ya, good thing i asked bout the feedneck and the trigger. I would be using an Egg with the Z-board upgrade (not that i need it tho), and later on a freak barrel, probably a mini dropforward and a new on/off. anything else i should know about?

its not really hard to walk..take magnets out

cp roller trigger...no other will do

a ccm lowrise or a new designs now rise clamper are the best out there

hey, what about a New Designz Ion Roller Wave/Blade Trigger? and what about a Lapco Ion Clamping Feed Neck? are these any good?

sounds good i dont know about the neck but i know that that is a good trigger i have one and i like it
