So how does one get to wear the shield?

Just wondering how you all became Ironmen, and how one might get to be one someday. :D

i'm not on the team, but i did go down to LA for a tryout. it was a great opportunity to go down there to play with them and against them. if you truly wanted to be an ironmen, it takes a whole lot of dedication to the sport. drills, drills, and drills till you are sick of doing them... then do them again.

all the guys on the ironmen are capable of hitting targets accurately while running full sprint. i was amazed. some of the guys would just one ball the the guys trying out even though we were ripping our guns at them. their skills are what i would expect out of a pro team. after that experience, i have realized all the things that i need to work on to increase my game.

the players on the team are very under-rated. they can ball. to get on the ironmen you would have to play as much as possible. if you can shoot with both hands, snap shoot like the devil (like rob), run full speed and hit a target, play for hours on end without fatigue, and have a willingness to learn.... yeah you could probably make it on the team.

who knows... maybe ill make it next year...
