Any newbs out there that wanna get started playing in tournaments but don't want to compete against experienced players shooting high end tourney markers??

Check this out:

Division 4 (Newbie):

The Midwest Paintball Series will include a Newbie division.
This is for those who have never played in a tournament before or maybe only 1 tournament.

Division 4 is NON-ELECTRONIC MARKERS only.
Non-Electronic Rentals from the host field will be made available if needed

The purpose of this division is to get new players into the sport.
If you have friends, family, neighbors, classmates, co-workers, etc. that have said they
wanted to play in Paintball Tournaments but never took that step... this is their chance!!

Visit www.MidwestPaintballSeries.com for more info on this Division

PLEASE HELP SPREAD THE WORD!

Sounds perfect to me. This is a tournament setting specifically for newbs... it's designed specifically to eliminate the problems many of them have when getting into tournaments (going up against more experienced players, etc).

I dearly hope it flourishes!!

If your an experienced player, the NO.... it isn't going to sound fun. But the purpose behind division 4 is to get more new people intruduced to tournament paintball with the idea is that they continue playing and eventually become a novice or perhaps even an amateur team.

The series currently has 3 divisions. Division 2 is Rookie (1 nov plaer with ramping 15bps cap).... Division 3 is Beginner (electronic markers allowed but no ramping)..... Division 4 is Newbie (non-electric markers only).

Next season (and one event this season) we are going to include Division 1 which is Open Class.

Check out www.midwestpaintballseries.com for a breakdown of all the divisions.
