Hey, so i was wondering you guys have any ideas on what a good lift is for paintball like weight lifting... I mean really paintball is getting really athletic. I lift as it is football doing core lifts like bench, squat, and power clean. But are there any lifts that could improve my paintball game. Also, do you guys have any idea on some good conditioning tips. Right now I'm Doing football agilties for next season but are do you guys have any other ideas for agilities.
Thanks,
Mike

Dude you play football that is sweet, just do what your doing right now, and ADD to that, ya know max yourself out. MAKE SURE YOU RUN EVERYDAY! Seriously, this is the best conditioning you can have because its a cardio vascular workout, and it is very important. Then lift weights. I do alot of push-ups and situps also, because strong abs make your snapshooting better. Then trey to eat healthy, three meals a day, and try to stay off the junk food, beer, and QUIT SMOKING! You wnat to do somthing to your game, then quit smoking that's just doesn't balnce right with paintball athletes. Alright guy hope some of this helped ya out!

Jog and do sprints, lots of them. Get high endurince and speed. That will help you the most.

I'd say work ur legs, make sure you can sprint, and get ur lungs pumping good air into em. As far as lifting, working your arms and such won't do ya much good just for paintball, but you might as well throw it in if your already doing it. O, if your playing speedball, be sure you practice diving too lol.

working out varies by person. What works for one guy might not work as well for the other. Basically you need to test out a few things for a couple of weeks, see what the results are like, and then switch up your routine so your body doesnt get used to your workout. I could write forever about this so I'll jus stop here.

Any Olympic lifts would be good lifts for explosive power. And basically all your football lifts would be good, just make sure you have nice amounts of core and leg strength.
