From the frist moment, scenario paintball is an exercise in team management. You start the game with two "armies" each composed of numerous teams and possibly hundreds of individuals. To win the game, an army must coordinate, communicate and operate more effectively than the other, The burden of this success falls largely on the shoulders of the squad leaders.A good squad leader is the player who can round up to 10 to 20 strangers and get them moving in one direction. He or she is the person who picks up reinforcements while moving through the game battlefield.Part motivater, part traffic cop, and all soldier, the squad leader has to decide when to rescue the wounded and when to send his troops into the meat grinder. It's a great job.
