View Full Version : my mag is leaking!

i have an automag 68 classic and it leaks terriably down the barrel when i screw the tank on it leaks but when i hold the trigger it stops and there is little pressure on the trigger and then when i go to shoot it the bolt doesnt even move!!! i think my problem is the phase II valve i was just wondering if im right if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the on off is screwed up, take it apart lube it and then come back and ask me again.

Here's (http://www.airgun.com/Images/automan.pdf) an online manual that should help you out. I know what the problem is, but I don't know, it's definately the vavle. I remember my dad's Mag had that problem and in the manual it said this was a normal occurrence and that it was just the marker breaking in. All it needs is an o-ring or shim in the valve.

I had the almost same problem as you. It was my sear. The part of the sear that holds the on/off in is worn down and does not work the way it should.

hey i lubed and all and the bolt moves now and it shoots but its still leaking any advice?

pull your bolt off, take off ur power tube tip, pull out the spacer in the PT and replace the PT oring.
Keep lubing it fur a week and it should stop :lol: :blowup: :blowup: :blowup:
