the cheap stuff :) Rec sport y draxxus is what i use. If you want really cheap any kind of white box should be really cheap. What kind of paint do you ahve in your area?

BRASS EAGLE WILD STREAKS ALL THE WAY!!! JK. :P I hate wild streaks with a passion. IDK, rec sport is pretty good. White box, if you want super cheap, but I don't really use that much cuz chopping really annoys me, and sometimes that will happen with white box paint. You can get BE monster balls for 30-somethin' a case, they're alright. Better than the wild streaks, anyway...
