All,
We are a Rookie team in the Portland, OR metro-area looking to beef up our ranks.
Ill Intent is a team of folks, with some experience, but by no means a "powerhouse" team. We have aspirations, but understand the dedication and practice that it takes. We are committed, partially sponsored, hungry, and willing to dedicate time and effort to make this a great team. The team is comprised of Technical Professionals in the software industry, who really want to make an investment in their recreational time.
Our hope is to add 2-3 more players to our team to allow more flexibility in any 1 individual, so the team as a whole does not miss tourney's and practices. At the moment, we can only attend 3,4, and an occasional 5-man tourney, as numbers and schedules do not permit further growth without more team-members
FUN is the primary factor, followed closely by camaraderie and competitiveness. If we don’t win, that’s A-OK…if you sulk about it and show poor sportsmanship, you are toast. Age is NOT a limiting factor. Experience is also not a factor, only a commitment to the team and the time it takes to do things right.
