Hi, this is Flip from team Leprechaunz. Our team is based around chicago and we practice at Fox, the Badlandz, and PBShooters before it closed. We have a strong history and a strong sponsor backing to support us this season. We plan to have an open tryout at the badlandz or fox the first weekend of June. Paint for the tryout will be at our sponsored price, and entry will most likely be low where ever we go. If you are interested post here and send me an e-mail with some of your info.
We are looking for players of all ages. One of our main goals this season is to put together a powerhouse young guns team, so young people are welcome. Our young guns team will receive the same sponsorship benifits as the rest of the team. Girls are also welcome. Our team judges on playing ability, personality, and a willingness to learn.
If you would like to learn more about the team visit www.teamleprechaunz.com or send me an e-mail at mark_filipiak@yahoo.com

I would love to...One question though how far away are ya'll form Peoria. Also, When is it?
If you want to check out some of my Previous team stats. You can go to Pev's Paintball www.pevs.com then go to league and look under youth 2004 and look at pointblank 7th out of about 64. We only played about 7 of the 12 tournys because of financial issues amongst the team we tryied to play the most. We played youth last year but now I am 15 and a half. So I cant and have to play Novice. Currently im and not a team because i am moving to peoria this July. But, I go out and pratice often to keep my game up and learn more. Also I have been playing for about 3 1/2 years. What I am shooting is in my sig.
Right now i can be reached at my email at grandslammj@hotmail.com
Thanks,
Mike

If we were playing at fox then it wouldn't be too bad for you, but when we go to the badlandz it would be over a 2 hour drive for you. It would be really tough for you to make practices all the time.
Stay in touch though. I play down south that way all the time with my friends from around there. You are welcome to come and ball it up when we are around you.

Is that supposed to be a joke? I run a serious team with 20 rostered players. Our sponsors have put in quite a large investment and in no way would we be willing to drop them to join someone like yourself. Also you live a great deal away from us. Do you even have a team, or are you just some 13 year old that is trying to go pro overnight?
UPDATE: Tryouts went well and I would like to thank the large number of players that came out. If anyone would still like to be considered for the team send me an e-mail at mark_filipiak@yahoo.com and we can talk.

If your team was added in it would be considered a branch team that is not a part of the main group. What sponsors do you have and what do they do for you? I can't discuss the actual figures of how much our sponsors provide for us in an open forum like this, but I will tell you that they cover quite a bit of our tournament costs along with providing a lot of discounts and gear for us. If you are interested in becoming part of the Leprechaunz family then e-mail me a resume for your team so I can approach our sponsors about the addition.

As I said in my last post. If your team is interested in joining the Leprechaunz family then e-mail me a brief team resume so I can approach our sponsors about the addition. I don't make the final call on who makes the team; the sponsors make the decisions. Make sure you include past events even if they are young guns events. Any pictures you have of the team would also help.

Hey guys, Team Leprechaunz will be holding another tryout on september 3rd. We are looking to fill a bunch of spots on our young guns team, and if you want a spot on one of them you will need to be an eligable young guns player for all of next season. We also have 2 or three other openings on our d3/d2 team. You need to be a serious baller though to be on that team.
And if you are not familiar with the quality of our young guns team, our three young guns teams are currently sitting in 1st, 2nd, and 4th for the season standings in the fox young guns series. They dominate.
You don't need to be a perfect player to make the team, but you do need to be dedicated. We work hard and it shows.
If you are interested go to www.teamleprechaunz.com for more information.

change that, our next tryout date is sept 18th I believe. Double check on our website though. www.teamleprechaunz.com . And also an update on our young guns teams. They finished the Fox young guns series in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. We rocked it. Most of our young guns are moving up to our senior team though so we will be looking for a few new young guns for next season. It's hard work, but you will thank us for the hard practices after you win the series next season.
