Hello, let me say first say that you guys are great, one of my favorite teams since you're Old School. :) anyways on to my questions.

Do you guys do stacked drills? like 2v1, 2v4, 3v5, etc., etc.?

I used to have my own team called Masters of None, at first I wanted natural born killers, but the initials NBK were taken by some norwiegan team, I digress, I always had trouble getting my teamates to be aggressive, do you have any coaching tips for this problem?

And my final question, do you have timed matches? Liek a 30 second match or something similar? I tried it out, it's intense! you only suceed if you eliminate the other players in the time limit (no more than a 5-Man team) or else you fail. There were few who could do it without losing their team also. Do you guys do the same thing?

Also I'd like to know a few of your own drills. :)

Thanks in advance,
Will McKay

Hey bro!

lets see... drills!

a good drill to help players move is do 1vs1 but each player can only stay in the bunker for 3 seconds. It forces people to run and shoot and not get lazy..

Another drill the best drill is snap shooting,,, pair off and shoot each other for hours.

The most valuable skill for a pro player these days is the ablility to run and shoot well. work as much as you can on that....

drills in my opinion are used to better your individual skills, then when its time to play with your team you spend that time working on chemisty and situational stuff. For example have a player start in a 5 taco, and and play 5 on 5 but work as a team to get the player out... figure out how to do it the best way, then run it again... try things like that... things that you will actually face in a real game.

hope that helps!
