:( about world cup coverage...

I know I know... everyone loves x-ball, blah blah blah... My team plays X-ball, but usually don't do, well.... very good at all. haha. We do well against the teams we play (7-6 gridlock PBC in overtime, 9-6 San Diego Aftermath, etc.) but we come up short... BUT we always do well in 5 man. We won orlando, got 2nd in D2 5man at cup, and did well all season, but there's never any mention of 5 man in any of your articles... I know a lot of media and money goes to 5 man, but I know a lot of people would like to hear about how their local 5 man teams are doing, and who doesn't love the ego boost of seeing their team mentioned in an article? lol. Am I the only one who thinks there should be a little mention of 5 man, or am I alone on this one?

i feel you, i would really like to be able to cover everything but im only one guy and cant be everywhere. sorry flarkey and anyone else that played 5 man. my team notorious didnt even get any coverage. my teammates were like thats messed up.

young you are on notorious? i had a stack of about 12 paintball sports magazine with a notorious player on the cover(on of the many items of free swag from d day). Also i am very suprised that pb.com had only one guy doing cup work.

my local feild sent a team down there (Team Chaos) so i am really intresterd in 5 man teams also...

yup im on notorious, thats my boy alan nagata on the cover. ive been coaching him since he was 11. that kid will go pro soon, just wait.

i was at the event alone cuz my right hand man had back surgery... he shouldn't be on an airplane so thats why i was by my self :(

Yeah man, playing and covering must be tough. flarky, i always watch for you guys in scores and you are doin very well in five man, ever consider nppl instead of x-ball format? I know the five man is less players, but correct me if i am wrong, it seems to be more like a 7 man format then x-ball.


*pist* have you guys played team savage? they have been talking to me but im checkin their scores and they are well... not impressive, if you got any dirt on them pm me please :)
