Evil Detonators are pretty cheap. CP regs, Hybrid R-drive Stage 2, Dye Hyper2 inline (bit more expensive), shocktech inline, Centerflag inline (doesn't look the greatest but supposed to be great).
All of the abouve regs are really good.
If you want to spend a little more, then a Palmers Stabilizers, or an AKA 2-liter or sidewinder would be good. But these arn't too much better than some of the above. The Hybrid reg is supposed to be great for the price and the shocktech reg is only good if your marker runs on low pressure.

Palmers stabilizer, but they are expensive ($100 new). They work best w/ Co2 though. If not that, go with an evil detonator.
